Title: Board Work Session

The Tuckahoe School Board of Trustees Work Session was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by
Sean Hattrick, Chairman.

The following Board members and District officials were present:

Sean Hattrick, Chairman
Daniel Crough, Vice-Chairman
Robert E. Grisnik, Trustee

Leonard Skuggevik, Superintendent
Dr. Philip Kenter, School Business Official 

The following individuals were also present:  None

II. Executive Session

At 7:01 p.m., Sean Hattrick made a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss Personnel Matters, seconded by Robert E. Grisnik, and unanimously carried.

At 8:24 p.m., the Board came out of Executive Session.

At 8:25 p.m., Sean Hattrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Robert E. Grisnik, and unanimously carried.
